Beef Bulgogi Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 batch NY-style pizza dough prepared and risen
  • 1 batch homemade beef bulgogi I like Joshua Weissman’s recipe
  • 1/4 cup Bulgogi sauce Reserved, from the recipe above
  • 1 cup shredded Jack cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds for topping
  • 3 tbsp sliced green onions for topping

Directions

  1. Prepare your NY-style dough 24 hours before you are ready to bake.
  2. Prepare your beef bulgogi so that it is ready for topping the pizza.
  3. Preheat the pizza oven to 750 degrees F.
  4. Stretch the dough out thinly onto a 16-inch pizza peel. Top with the cheese, then beef. Drizzle some of the reserved sauce on top of the pizza and top with sesame seeds.
  5. Launch and bake for 4-5 minutes or until crust is browned and cheese is bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool on a wire rack or cutting board. Top with sliced green onion. Enjoy!
