24-hour marinated beef tops our famous NY-style pizza dough before drenching in a jack/mozzarella cheese blend, sesame seeds, and bright green onion. Making this pizza on your Versa16 pizza oven will have everyone craving more!
Ingredients
- 1 batch NY-style pizza dough prepared and risen
- 1 batch homemade beef bulgogi I like Joshua Weissman’s recipe
- 1/4 cup Bulgogi sauce Reserved, from the recipe above
- 1 cup shredded Jack cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds for topping
- 3 tbsp sliced green onions for topping
Directions
- Prepare your NY-style dough 24 hours before you are ready to bake.
- Prepare your beef bulgogi so that it is ready for topping the pizza.
- Preheat the pizza oven to 750 degrees F.
- Stretch the dough out thinly onto a 16-inch pizza peel. Top with the cheese, then beef. Drizzle some of the reserved sauce on top of the pizza and top with sesame seeds.
- Launch and bake for 4-5 minutes or until crust is browned and cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool on a wire rack or cutting board. Top with sliced green onion. Enjoy!
