How do I assemble my HALO appliance?

Do I need specialized tools?

No, all required materials come with your purchase.

Are any appliances compatible with Natural Gas?

Yes! Both the Versa 16 and Elite Griddle models are compatible with Natural Gas. Please Note: Natural gas burns cooler than propane, expect temperatures to be 15% - 20% lower.

Performance & Operation

Can I use my HALO appliances in windy conditions?

Yes you can! All of HALO's products are made to work well in breezy conditions. Our Elite Griddles are designed with a recessed griddle plate specifically to reduce the weather's impact on your cooking experience. 

How do I power my HALO Products?

Both the Versa 16 and Prime300 Pellet Grill can be powered via AC adapter or batteries. 

Versa 16: Uses 2 D batteries to power the 360° motor, and a AA battery for the igniter.
Prime300: Compatible with HALO Rechargeable Lithium-Ion Battery Pack (sold separately). 

Cleaning & Maintenance

What's the best way to clean my griddle?

While the griddle is still warm, scrape off food debris. For stubborn bits, apply a small amount of water to steam them off. Wipe dry and apply a very thin coat of oil to protect the seasoning.

How do I clean the Versa 16 & Pizza Stone?

For cleaning the pizza oven itself, use the hinged lid for easy access to the stone and underside. From there you can brush out crumbs and debris.

When cleaning your pizza stone, never use soap or water. If food is stuck, run the Versa 16 on high for 15 minutes to burn it off, then brush it away with a wire stone brush or HALO's pizza stone cleaning brush. If you need to use water, let your pizza stone dry for at least 48 hours before reheating, or it may crack.

Where should I store my HALO unit?

Store in a dry, shaded area. We highly recommend using a compatible HALO protective cover to prevent moisture from sitting on the steel surface, which can lead to oxidation.

What is the warranty period for HALO products?

We're proud to offer a 5-year warranty on all HALO appliances against manufacturer defects, and a 1-year warranty on electrical components and paint. For HALO accessories, we cover all manufacturer defects for a period of one (1) year. 

When will my order ship?

We strive to have your order shipped within 1 - 2 business days! Standard shipping times are typically between 4 - 5 business days.

Orders over $60 USD (before taxes, after discounts) qualify for FREE Shipping! For orders under this threshold, shipping costs will vary based on product weight, number of units, and destination.

What is your return policy?

We're proud to offer a 60-Day Return Policy! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns within 60 days from the delivery date. To ensure a smooth return process, please review the following:

  • Item(s) must be unused, in original condition.
  • Item(s) must include any including any original tags, internal bags, foam inserts, internal boxes, and/or shipping boxes - to ensure the item(s) are protected during their return trip to our facility.
  • You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • You must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) slip with your return. This document is provided by a member of our Customer Support team. See Return Process below.
  • Returns must be shipped within the 60-day return window.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, including insurance.
