Shipping Options and Delivery Times

HALO offers standard and express shipping options depending on the order type and destination. The estimated delivery time for standard shipments is 3-7 business days, while express shipments can take 3-4 business days.

Most in-stock items are picked, packed and prepared for delivery within one business day. During peak selling periods, high order volumes could mean an extra day or two for order processing.

HALO does not allow shipping to addresses offering freight forwarding services.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available if you live in the continental United States of America, and you spend $60 or more in a single order via our website, halocooks.com (before taxes are applied).

After your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, delivery times may vary between 1 to 5 business days.

Please note: "Continental United States" refers to the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia, but excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the other U.S. territories and military posts. For these regions, please contact us toll free at 833.572.1688 for an accurate quote that includes shipping costs.

After your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number.
