WH Products, LLC (“HALO” or “Manufacturer”) is proud to stand behind all of its products with one of the strongest warranties in the industry.

Cooking Appliances:
On all components, EXCEPT electrical components and painted surfaces, HALO guarantees that HALO products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship, including perforation, for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase.For electrical components and painted surfaces, HALO provides a warranty against defects and in materials and workmanship, for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Accessories:
For all HALO cooking accessories, HALO provides a warranty against defects and in materials and workmanship, for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

HALO warranties are valid for the original purchaser only. There are also terms and conditions that apply, including what the HALO Product Warranty does not cover. We encourage you to read the HALO Product Warranty Terms and Conditions.

Register Your HALO Product(s) for Additional Warranty Coverage!Register your HALO product within 30 days of purchase and enjoy extended warranty coverage on us.

  • 5-Year Warranty is extended to six (6) years of coverage in total.
  • 1-Year Warranty is extended to fifteen (15) months of coverage in total.

This warranty extension applies to purchases made through this website, halocooks.com, as well as any other authorized retailer.
