All the flavor of tangy, buffalo hot wings in one creamy, cheesy, scoop-able dip! Perfect for your next football watch party or for dinner! With just a few ingredients, this simple recipe will have all your friends raving.
Chicken does not have to be grilled but highly suggest using it over canned chicken as it imparts much more flavor.
Ingredients
- 1lb Grilled chicken – Fork shredded
- 2 cups smoked cheddar cheese
- 1 cup ranch
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (Frank’s is the right answer)
- 1 8 ounce block of cream cheese
- Crumbles of choice (I use ritz crackers) for topping
Directions
Pre-heat Versa 16 Pizza Oven on Medium
- Mix chicken, 1 cup of cheese, ranch, buffalo sauce, and cream cheese in a bowl until the cream cheese is consistently mixed in.
- Move mixture to oven safe pan (I use an 8″ x 8″ pan) and take remaining cup of cheese and spread evenly on the top. Add crumbles on top and place in pizza oven on medium for 8 minutes after pre-heat.
- Serve with chips/crackers of choice, I prefer Fritos scoops but any sturdy chips will work.
