Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 4 brioche burger buns
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce
- 1 stalk of celery, diced
- Lettuce leaves
Directions
- Preheat your Elite Series griddle over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix the ground chicken with garlic powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Form the chicken mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
- Add a little bit of oil to the griddle and place the sliced onions on it. Cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
- Place the chicken patties on the griddle and use a flat spatula to smash them down to about 1/2 inch thick. Cook for 3-4 minutes on one side, then flip them over and cook for another 3-4 minutes on the other side.
- While the chicken patties are cooking, mix together the ranch dressing and Buffalo sauce in a small bowl.
- Once the chicken patties are fully cooked, add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty and let it melt.
- Toast the buns on the griddle.
- To assemble the burgers, spread the ranch and Buffalo sauce mixture on the bottom bun, then add a lettuce leaf, a chicken patty with melted cheese, some diced celery, and some cooked onions. Place the top bun on the burger.
- Repeat the process for the remaining burgers.
- Your Buffalo chicken smash burgers on a griddle are now ready to serve! Enjoy!
