Ingredients
- 2lbs chicken wings
- 2Tbsp olive oil
- 1Tbsp Bird by @weathersbeef
- 2Tbsp Spicy Garlic by @kosmosq
- Blue Cheese garnish (optional)
Directions
- Put your Chicken Wings in a container with Olive Oil and a good chicken rub (I used Bird by @weathersbeef).
- Shake them up and put them in the fridge for at least two hours.
- Place your wings on a grill grate that is elevated by a drip pan.
- Light your Versa to the Low setting. Once your stone reaches over 400°, put your Chicken Wings in for 15 minutes.
- After that, flip your Wings, and let them cook for another 15 minutes. By now they should be crispy on the outside and perfect on the inside.
- Take them out, toss them in sauce (I used Spicy Garlic by @kosmosq this time). Dunk them in Blue Cheese and dig in!
