Ingredients
Hot Honey Ranch
- 2–3 Tbsp chili flakes
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 Tbsp sesame seeds
- ½ cup mayo
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup buttermilk
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 2 Tbsp chopped chives
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 3 Tbsp honey
- ½ cup olive oil
Sandwich
- 3 chicken breasts
- 1 lb thick-cut bacon
- Sliced red onions
- Mozzarella cheese, sliced
- Shredded lettuce
- 1 Italian loaf (cut for sandwiches)
Directions
Combine chili flakes, minced garlic, sesame seeds, mayo, sour cream, buttermilk, dill, chives, lemon juice, Dijon, honey, and olive oil. Mix until smooth. Chill until ready to use.
Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil. Grill on the HALO ELITE2B Griddle over medium-high heat until golden and cooked through (165°F internal temp). Slice for sandwiches.
Griddle bacon until crispy. Set aside on paper towels to drain.
Split the Italian loaf and lightly toast it cut-side down on the griddle until golden.
Layer shredded lettuce, sliced chicken, bacon, red onion, mozzarella, and a generous drizzle of Hot Honey Ranch on the bread. Press slightly, slice, and serve hot.
