Easy Pork Belly Burnt Ends

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork belly, cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp BBQ rub (we used Meat Candy)
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce (such as Honey Glaze)
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Directions

  1. Prep the Pork Belly â€“ Cut pork belly into cubes and place them on a wire rack inside a foil-lined pan.

  2. Season & Smoke â€“ Coat evenly with BBQ rub, then smoke at 225°F until tender (about 2 hours).

  3. Sauce & Cook â€“ Toss the smoked pork belly in BBQ sauce, brown sugar, and melted butter. Return to the smoker at 275°F for 45 minutes, uncovered.

  4. Serve & Enjoy â€“ Let rest for a few minutes, then dig in!
