Ingredients
- 1 Filet Mignon (roughly 2″ thick)
- Greek Salt
- Olive Oil
- Chimichurri sauce
Directions
Pre-heat Versa 16 Pizza Oven on High
- Take filet and drizzle oil over it season with Greek salt.
- Pre-heat oven on high, place steaks near edge of stone, flipping steaks every 2 minutes until desired rarity. About 10 minutes for medium rare.
- After plating, take chimichurri sauce and put about a tablespoon on each steak cooked.
