Tender and oh so juicy, this is bound to be the best filet mignon you’ll ever have – and baked in a Pizza Oven! Seared to golden brown perfection, you can top your steak with garlic herb butter or our vibrant chimichurri sauce.


Filet Mignon

Ingredients

  • 1 Filet Mignon (roughly 2″ thick)
  • Greek Salt
  • Olive Oil
  • Chimichurri sauce

Directions

  1. Pre-heat Versa 16 Pizza Oven on High

  2. Take filet and drizzle oil over it season with Greek salt.
  3. Pre-heat oven on high, place steaks near edge of stone, flipping steaks every 2 minutes until desired rarity. About 10 minutes for medium rare.
  4. After plating, take chimichurri sauce and put about a tablespoon on each steak cooked.
