Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt for a lighter version)
- ¼–½ cup buttermilk (adjust for desired consistency)
- ¼–½ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 5–7 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (or 1.5 tsp dried parsley)
- 1 tbsp dried dill (optional, for extra ranch flavor)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp salt (or to taste)
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Your favorite pizza dough recipe (we recommend Best Pizza Dough and HALO Quick Dough)
-
2 tbsp. Marzano Tomato Sauce
- Pepperoni (we used Hormel Cupping Pepperoni)
- 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
- Olive oil (for brushing)
Directions
Garlic Parmesan Ranch Dip:
In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), buttermilk, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, parsley, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Squeeze in lemon juice for extra brightness and stir until smooth.
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Twisted Breadsticks:
Follow your favorite pizza dough recipe (linked in profile for easy access)
Preheat the HALO Versa Pizza Oven for 12 minutes on high.
Prepare the Breadsticks by rolling out your pizza dough and twist it into breadsticks.
Spray a pizza screen with nonstick spray, place the breadsticks on the screen, and bake on high for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown with a little char.
Classic Pepperoni Pizza:
Set the Versa 16 to high heat to ensures it’s nice and hot for the perfect crust.
Roll out your pizza dough to your desired thickness, ensuring it’s large enough to fit onto the pizza screen. If you’re using store-bought dough, follow the instructions for stretching or rolling.
Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust.
Sprinkle 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
Layer pepperoni slices evenly on top of the cheese.
(Optional) Brush the exposed crust with a little olive oil for a golden finish.
Place the pizza onto the preheated pizza screen (sprayed with non-stick spray) and slide it into the HALO Versa 16 Pizza Oven.
Bake for 7-10 minutes or until the crust is golden brown, the cheese is bubbling, and the pepperoni is crispy. Keep an eye on it to avoid overcooking.
