One of the people in the office described these as “Slap yo’ mama” good, and so we are legally obligated to tell you to not eat these around your mother, or to do so at your own risk.
Ingredients
DOUGH:
- 4 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 3/4 tsp. Fine Sea Salt
- 1/3 cup Butter
- 1 cup Lukewarm Whole Milk
- 2 1/4 tsp. Instant Yeast
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Egg Yolk
SUGAR MIX:
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp. Powder Sugar)
- 2.5 tbsp. Cinnamon
- 1/3 cup Butter
Directions
Dough:
Mix all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Mix your milk and yeast together with a fork until foamy on the top.
Add eggs to the dry mix and while mixing add the yeast mixture in steps, approximately 1/4 at a time.
Knead dough until smooth and stretchy.
SUGAR MIX:
Melt butter and add all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Whisk all ingredients together.
PUT TOGETHER:
Roll dough out onto a floured surface.
Cover entire dough with sugar mixture. Starting from one end, roll mixture. Starting from one end, roll the dough to the other end.
Cut rolls into sections of 2 inches.
Cook on Versa 16 Pizza Oven for 7 minutes or until golden brown.
