Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Cilantro
- 1 Tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Chili Powder
- 1 Tsp Paprika
- 1 Tbsp Oregano
- Pork Tenderloin
- Ginger Ale
Directions
- Season pork with all ingredients except ginger ale and set aside for 30 minutes.
- Place in a seal-able bag or container and pour in ginger ale until completely submerged, being careful to not pour directly on pork and wash off seasoning.
- Allow to sit in ginger ale for 2-4 hours before cooking.
- Heat Pellet Grill to 250 degrees and allow temperature to stabilize.
- Smoke the tenderloin until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Length of time will depend directly on size of tenderloin.
