Thinly sliced potatoes layered and smothered in a creamy, cheesy sauce – baked until brown and bubbly! This savory dish is the ultimate potato side.
Ingredients
- 3 large potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar (more can be added if you prefer)
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1 tsp salt
Directions
Pre-heat Versa 16 Pizza Oven on Low
- Slice potatoes to ¼” thickness quarter your larger slices so all pieces are roughly even in size.
- Put down 2 tbsp of melted butter in 9” oven safe pan then add a layer of potatoes that covers the bottom of the pan. Add some shredded cheese and sparingly sprinkle salt, onion powder, and parsley. Continue layering until out and add remaining cheese on top of potatoes.
- 20 minutes cook time – 17 minutes covered 3 minutes uncovered low heat.
- Garnish with parsley if desired.
