Why put bacon on a burger when you can put it in the burger? Juicy, crunchy, sweet, and savory, these burgers are a symphony of senses coming together in just the right way.
Ingredients
- 3 lb Ground Beef
- 1 lb Bacon chopped
- 4 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 4 Tbsp Burger Seasoning (I used Boone’s Better Burger Seasoning)
- 2 Tbsp Powdered Mustard
- Barbecue Sauce (use your favorite)
- Smoked Cheddar
- Onion Rings
- Buns
Directions
- Mix ground beef, bacon, and seasonings together and let sit for two or more hours. I put my mix in the refrigerator overnight.
- Preheat your Prime300 to 250 degrees.
- Pat burgers out into 6 ounce patties and place on grill.
- Cook for 45 minutes or until meat is 130 degrees internal.
- Add cheese and allow to slightly melt.
- Top with onion rings and barbecue sauce.
