Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/2 red bell pepper chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- Kettle Chips
- Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
- French Onion Dip
- Sliced Sweet Peppers
- Sliced Pickles
- Green Onion
Sauce Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 1/4 cup of Tomato Sauce
- 2 tbsp of Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Celery Salt
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat your Elite Series griddle until it reaches 350F (gauging with an infrared gun)
- On one side of the griddle, throw on 1 pound of Ground Beef
- On the other side, throw on 1 chopped small onion, 1/2 of a chopped bell pepper, and 2 minced cloves of garlic. Stir them up occasionally.
- While that cooks, mix together the sauce.
- Mix the sautéed Vegetables, browned Meat, and the Sloppy Joe Sauce while it simmers until all the flavors mix together.
- Take the Sloppy Joe Meat and pour it over a bed of Kettle Potato Chips (Because they won’t get soggy)
- Top with Shredded Colby Jack Cheese, French Onion Dip (or Sour Cream if you prefer), Sliced Sweet Peppers, Sliced Little Pickles, and Green Onion.
