Ingredients
- 2–3lb chuck roast
- Mustard
- Steak seasoning
- Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning
- 2–3 pepperoncinis
- 1/4 c butter
- 1/4 c Martinelli’s
- Jalapeño Ranch @ruffles Slider buns
Directions
- Preheat Prime550 pellet grill at 225°F
- Lather mustard all over the chuck roast, season heavily with steak seasoning and place in smoker until internal temp reaches 145°F (about 2hrs)
- Remove from smoker, place in crockpot and add all over ingredients. Cook on low for 6hrs.
- Crush chips and put the sliders together with roast first, then chips.
