Ingredients
- 2 Bell Peppers
- 1lb Flank Steak
- SPG (salt, pepper, garlic) for your steak
- 1/2C Fresh Cotija Cheese
- 1 Tbsp Cilantro
- Taco shells or tortillas
Directions
- Cut the peppers into slices and place onto your Elite griddle.
- Place the seasoned flank steak onto the griddle and cook until the internal temperature reaches 130F (54C).
- Slice the cooked flank steak against the grain into thin strips.
