These stuffed mushrooms are made with simple ingredients, but are anything but ordinary! With a mixture of Italian sausage, cheese and flavorful spices, these ‘shrooms make the perfect appetizer.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs of baby bella mushrooms de-stemmed
- 1 cup cooked Italian sauage
- 1 cup shredded parmesan
- 8 ounce block cream cheese
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- Grated parmesan and parsley for garnish
- (Can swap sausage for spinach for vegetarian/kosher)
Directions
Pre-heat Versa 16 Pizza Oven on Low
- Mix sausage, parmesan, cream cheese, and Italian seasoning.
- Spoon the mixture into the mushrooms
Cook for 5 minutes directly on pre-heated stone on low.
